Steamyx....lagg.... slow...

wah lao~~!!!!! how come my streamyx speed are so damn slow de = =" i am a good TM customer leh and my payment are always prompt but the speed are much more slow compare to the first day i had..... whY~!!!! called the customer suppport and they just keep repeat the same thing... clear this lah, delete that lah., some more blah blah blah lah.... really mad about this lah.... maybe i should change to Celcom 3G wireless broadband?? anyone out there use this service?? can share some information on that??
